It is mandatory to be registered as a supplier to do business with the Institute. As a registered supplier you shall be contacted for new Request For Quotations (RFQs) if your registered capabilities match the requirements of the RFQ. In addition you shall get access to update your requirements and credentials using the portal.
When you have completed the registration process, RITM Procurement Department shall take the necessary steps to review your credentials. Only after this review has been completed and approved can your company be entered into our Source File.

Should unscrupulous organizations/individuals address RITM’s suppliers, invoking the Agency’s name, and solicit monetary contributions, to be paid to them (e.g. requesting payment for advertising to be made in a so-called “RITM-sponsored” brochure). Please be aware that RITM does not approach customers or suppliers with sponsoring or advertising requests. Should any supplier be approached by any individual, company or organization requesting money, sponsorship, or other favours on behalf of RITM, they should immediately report the fact to RITM’s Public Assistance Complaints Unit (pacu@ritm.gov.ph).
In order to do business with the Agency through this ePortal, your firm must register and be validated by the RITM Procurement Department. The registration process is straightforward and secure.
1. Follow the registration process. The system will confirm that all fields have been correctly entered - prior to submission to RITM.
NOTE: There shall only be one (1) official account per supplier.
2. During the registration, a personal password is requested. Your personal password is of your choosing but must contain a minimum of 8 characters and must contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one digit and one special character. This new password will be required when you are issued your new ePortal account login ID. Please remember your new password or print it and keep it safe.
3. When validated, the system will send you an electronic message. This e-mail will contain a link for uploading the necessary documents to complete the registration.
4. After your new registration information has been verified by the Agency, we will send you via e-mail your new ePortal login ID.
