FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions.


1. Click the "Create Account" button in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Fill out the form. Make sure to provide only valid and correct information because it will be used to review your future applications.

3. Activate your account by clicking on the link sent to your e-mail address


1. Login your LDIS account.

2. Browse on the training list for the desired training then click the "Apply Now" button.

3. Fill-out the application form with the correct details and upload additional requirements needed (if any)

4. Click "Submit". A success notification shall appear. (a success notification will also be sent to your email address.)


Once your application is approved for payment, you will receive an email from trainingoffice.systems@gmail.com containing the payment details as well as the contact details of the training's course point person. If you have concerns with the instructions, you may contact the CPP.


Once your payment is verified by the CPP, your application will be marked as “Approved”. You will also receive an email notification that your training application is approved and your slot is reserved. Other concerns could be communicated with the point person.


Refunds for training fee are allowed Two (2) months before the training course. Refunds beyond the said timeline shall not be permitted.


No, training fee is not transferable.


No, the payment is exclusive for the training applied with. It cannot be transferred for a different training/ date.


If your training application is rejected, you will be receiving an email from the course point person stating the reason of rejection.


But here are some posible reasons as to why your application was rejected:

1. You are not qualified for the training.

2. You did not submit all of the training requirements.

3. You did not pay the training fee on time.


Training applications can be cancelled and refund of the training fee is allowed if cancellation is made Two (2) months before the training. Any refund of training fee beyond the said timeline will not be permitted.


The Institute does not offer student or PWD discounts for its trainings.
